B&NES UK Youth Parliament 2011 RESULTS

Thanks to you all for taking part this year and making the elections possible, there was a good overall turnout up on last years figures and the new process of electing two candidates on two separate ballots has worked well in just about all locations.

The young people will jointly represent the Bath & North East Somerset Council Area and voting has taken place across the County Area in Schools and Youth Clubs.

Here are the results:

On the Bath ballot, Mike Fidanoglu was elected.
Mike attends Beechen Cliff School and is aged 16.

On the North East Somerset ballot. Alec Howells was elected.

Alec attends Writhlington School and is aged 17.
