Bath City Farm is running 2 new Youth Project's for 13 - 25's. They are as follows:

At Bath City Farm we believe that high quality learning in an outdoor environment is a significant factor in raising standards and improving personal development for young people of all ages.
It can:-
• lead to improved health of young people by increasing physical exercise, learning about healthy eating and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle
• enable young people to acquire new skills and knowledge that will help them in either education or employment/ training
• impress upon young people that care for their immediate surroundings is the first step in caring for their planet.
We provide a range of practical activities including:-
• Animal care, handling and feeding farm animals, cleaning them out and helping care for their young.
• Horticulture, helping to grow a variety of fruit, vegetables, herbs and flowers and well as look after our award winning sensory garden.
• Wildlife Conservation, such as hedge laying, tree planting, coppicing and scrub clearance, wildlife identification.
